Our overnight crew finishes guest-floor corridors and the lobby before the first check-in. We have not had a callback on a missed washroom in the six months they have had the building.
They hit the locker rooms, rubber flooring, and studio glass in the four-hour window between last class and the 5 a.m. open. Members walk onto dry floors, not a wet mop trail.
One night crew covers the common corridors, elevators, and amenity rooms across our downtown buildings. We get one invoice and one supervisor, not a different vendor for every address.
They strip and mop the sales floor after the last pallet comes off the truck, so the store opens with dry aisles instead of a crew still working the front.
